This website does not take orders or payments. If you purchased Slimsy Sport through Amazon or another retailer, use your order’s help or returns route, or contact the seller shown on your receipt. The seller’s applicable process and your statutory rights govern that purchase.

Product-quality concerns

Contact info@bespokebeveragesuk.co.uk with the product name, batch or best-before details and a description of the concern. Share order details privately, not in public posts. Keep the product and packaging where safe while the concern is investigated.

Orders agreed directly with Bespoke

If an order was agreed separately with Bespoke, contact the team for the terms and returns instructions applicable to that order. This website does not establish a separate consumer or wholesale ordering service.

Return destination

Please obtain returns instructions before sending goods. Dave has identified the warehouse as Unit 4, South Leeds Trade Center, Leeds, LS10 2DL. Its use as an authorised returns address has not yet been confirmed. The registered office is not automatically a returns depot.

Your rights

Nothing in this guidance limits statutory rights. No additional guarantee, blanket exclusion for opened goods, return charge or refund deadline is promised here. The responsible UK adviser must approve the applicable consumer and trade arrangements.
